1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

  • Please note that during higher volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
     

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
