At Eurostar Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Installed, used, or damaged appliances (unless defective).

Gift cards or promotional items.

Special order or custom items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
Return Process
To request a refund:

Ship the item back to us using the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@eurostarappliances.com.
